If you have a child that may have an interest chorus or band or any performing arts this is a great opportunity to show them the role that a community can take. The performance will be at the UUCF in Vienna at 7:30pm on Saturday and all are welcome.
Great post, Sohini! And it's nice to have that description of the communication. There is so much that goes back and forth between the chorus and me while the singing is going on. I know that we conductors sometimes hear folks muse about what we do - aren't we really just waving our arms around and keeping time? It's such an exchange and I sometimes feel that waving my arms is the least of it!

Hi Jen, I am so glad that your parents sent this to us. It would be so nice to be there this Saturday, but I shall at least, be thinking about you. You are amazing and I wish that I could hear more of the choral arrangements especially with the bagpipes.. Good luck and love from Barbara and Hans
